Ureta Hotel - Cusco

1) Perfect cleanliness, attentive staff, delicious breakfast, comfortable beds

this wonderful hotel worth its 3 stars, everything was perfect. enjoyed flat-screen tv, a safe box and a writing table in the room.

Clean, GOOD value hotel, the location was comfy and marvellous right by a mini shopping centre the other way, a taxi at 5am, and the airport. Humantay Lake was right at the property, really enjoyed its location near the Plaza. The restaurant was located within 500 feet.

Owner greeted us with hot coca tea upon arrival.

I was shocked by the long check-in process, it seemed like waiting for a table at an overpriced restaurant. And, give me a break, i had to ask multiple times for the safe box, as if my belongings were not important. A complimentary drink woudl ve been nice after that fiasco. Just couldn't give a great review.

The owner, Victor, was cute and served us local foods for breakfast while we basked in the sun. Enjoying family moments together here felt just like home.

My kids wished for more activities tailored for their age.

The staff reminded me of family, serving us delicious local dishes for breakfast while the sun warmed us in the cozy lounge. Our niece enjoyed using the fast Wi-Fi to share pictures of our adventures around Cusco.

In my wife's opinion, more family-oriented activities would be great.

Ureta Hotel. Victor was attentive, providing excellent insights and comfort throughout my stay. Clean, cozy, and safe with delicious breakfast options, I loved every minute!

Just a great match for short visits in Cusco with good value for cost. The owner provided homemade juice that was a game changer for us. Be mindful of the shower's temperature for a comfortable experience.

The attention from the family-owned staff was heartfelt. They even provided snacks for my early Machu Picchu tour. The cleanliness of the hotel and the comfortable bed made relaxation easy. Just a heads up-the elevator is out of commission during rain, but the stairs aren't a dealbreaker.

The host impressed us with their friendliness and helpfulness throughout our stay. We appreciated the great location, only a 20-minute walk to the main square. The warm water availability was a relief after our long days of touring. I also enjoyed the fresh air coming through the open windows in our room.

The Standard Double Room was super comfy with great beds and pillows! I loved that the windows opened, letting in fresh air. The shower was newly updated with awesome hot water and pressure. Plus, the room was always clean when I came back from my tours, thanks to the friendly staff. I felt really secure here, a big plus.
